I live in Houston Texas my property is Legacy at Cypress apartments I want to take some of my time to write a review here to express how satisfied I am with the service provided by this company...definitely they have earned a 5 stars from me... I have never had a problem with them and they have always provided a great service since we changed to their services ... Jose the guy that picks up here evey day he is a very professional person and has never missed my unit not even once I love the service they provide could not be happier hope my apartment keep them for a long time .... thank you for having employees like Jose who take their job seriously and responsible... definitely recommend this company. ~ Fernando O

We have been using WasteFree services for almost a year now and I have to say, their service has transformed my belief on door to door waste removal. From the very beginning they worked hard to prove to us that they were not just “any” valet trash company. We receive top notch customer service every day and they provide us with training and information for the residents. They have an amazing tracking system that ensures quality control and accountability. They check-in on a bi-weekly basis and always respond to our questions/issues promptly. Colleen Allen & Eric Allen do an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of Salado Crossing Apartments in San Antonio, TX! They are hardworking & dedicated to providing professional valet service to our complex. They do not miss any scheduled pick-up dates & handle the units in a timely manner, so we can count on their consistent service. I like to give a shout out to Micheal Trotter. He is very professional and prompt, he takes out time to explain things so that us as tenant have a clear understanding about what to do and what not to do. He always have a very pleasant attitude and is very respectful . I have to say he does his job well and he actually act like he enjoys doing his job. Mr. Tommy is outstanding Trash Valvet. WasteFree you sure know how to hire great and respectful employees. Tommy main attribute is his patience cause sometimes it takes time for us to get the trash out there. Sometimes we’re running behind, but Tommy doesn’t mind just holding on a couple seconds until we get the trash situated and outside for him to pick up. What I can tell you is this complex is in good hands with Mr. Tommy as our Trash Valvet. ~ Tom

I have been a resident of Trails at Creekside for 4 years and have had WasteFree handle the Valet Pickup since first moving in. They have always been able to take my trash and I have no complaints with my own experience as a resident. They are prompt and I know that the bags I set out, at the correct time, will be taken that night; including any broken down boxes I have. I've never been missed for service which I appreciate ~ Trails C
