I have never had a problem with them and they have always provided a great service since we changed to their services ... We have been using WasteFree services for almost a year now and I have to say, their service has transformed my belief on door to door waste removal. From the very beginning they worked hard to prove to us that they were not just “any” valet trash company. We receive top notch customer service every day and they provide us with training and information for the residents. They have an amazing tracking system that ensures quality control and accountability. They check-in on a bi-weekly basis and always respond to our questions/issues promptly.
